yes, to those of u that ask. there is a difference. celine had a PARTAY! we were all like "heeeyyyyy!" and the deejay was like, "hhhooo" and etcetcetc.
my partey will be a partee. duh!
we will all be like
"heeeee!" and then "hhhoooo"
and that is y no one's party will b a hoe.
